There’s a Hoosier’s inspired Blazer, a White Men Can’t Jump Flight Lite, and by far the crowned jewel of crazy: a Teen Wolf dunk low. As new Blazers continue to release, excitement only increases. Currently available at Foot Lockers nationwide, these blk/anth/purple Blazers are another pair to add to your collection. Most would agree that Blazers are one of the hottest shoes on the shelf right now. They’re the type of shoe you can rock in every color but never grow tired of wearing. Usually we see leather Blazers but these have a predominantly black nubuck upper with a white patent swoosh. One of the best features includes the purple patent on the heel, lined with defined green stitching. The yellow-stitched Nike logo on the purple patent adds even more character. Nike Blazer High Premium – Game Select – Atari CX2600

If you grew up during late 70’s or if you are game fanatic the above Blazer High Premium may look familiar as it is inspired by the pioneer of video game systems, Atari and their CX2600 model. The upper features a black leather along with an illustrated wood grain pattern on the back tab and toe-box. The midsole uses a more realistic brown wood grain that is directly inspired by the wood panel from the CX2600. Another nice detail is the red stitching on the upper that matches the little bit of red found on the controller of the game system. And finishing off the blazer is a silver swoosh which is also from the details and control knobs of the CX2600. You can find these now at most Foot Lockers in the US. – Sneaker News

Cassette Playa x Nike Sportswear Blazer Mid Premium TZ
Nike’s design team has combined with UK-based creative icon Carri Mundane to give the iconic Blazer a Cassette Playa-style remastering.
Being Nike’s first hoop shoe, the Blazer has recently been embraced by other cultures including skaters – a point not lost in Carri’s creative process. “The Blazer’s adoption within the skate community made this the perfect shoe for the project. The colors reference the faded neon’s of 80’s skate culture. For the materials imagine the shoes came from a toxically mutated lizard = sci-fi pimp. We’ve left only a circle and triangle for the wearer to decode.”
The Cassette Playa Blazer was first created for Carri’s Spring/Summer 2008 “Future Primitive” runway show, a show that was inspired by Carri’s concept of “urban shamanism”. As Carri explains it, “urban shamanism” a way of thinking that is summarized in her unique style for the season – “Ancient Amazonian hunting rituals adapted by a gang of skaters in a post apocalyptic city”.

Nike Sportswear Air Blazer ACG Mid “Mowabb”
Nike Sportswear celebrates the 20th Anniversary of ACG with this Air Mowabb inspired Air Blazer ACG Mid, the shoe features suede and high abrasion resistant textile on the upper and sticky rubber on the sole for better outdoor activites. The shoe will launch in February at selected Nike Sportswear retailers.

Nike Blazer Mid Premium CL “Year of the Ox”
Inspired from the Chinese Animal Zodiac 12 year cycle, Nike is releasing Chinese New Year pack once a year. 2009 is the Year of the Ox. This shoe features various inspiration from the Ox, the “吃苦耐勞” Chinese characters on the tongue translated to English means “perseverance” or “hard work”. Denim is used on tongues and around eyelets area. And a cow image is featured on the back heel. The swoosh is specially made of scratched leather and come with an extra pair laces in red. Right here is a pair of Blazer High Premium scheduled to launch in 2009 Fall from Nike SB, the shoe features green spark and pimento colors nubuck on upper with red accents and reptile swoosh.

Nike Innovation Kitchen Air Force 1 x Blazer Hybrid
Nike’s Innovation Kitchen, named after the the special group at Nike’s Campus devoted to innovation in products and development, recently created a hybrid model of Air Force 1 and Blazer. The upper part is taken from Air Force 1 while the below part is a Blazer sole. It features soft perforated leather in sail/cream color and a creamy icy sole.
Nike Sportswear Canarinho Pack
Nike has teamed up with the Brazilian national football team and 3 artists to produce this very cool pack. The Canarinho Pack features a “Pedro Jurubis” Tennis Classic, a “Presto” Blazer and a “Don Torelly” Dunk with an accompanying matchinf tee. The attention to detail on each shoe is amazing and features dope touches like laser etetched canaries on the Dunks leather upper, screen printed soccer players on the Blazers canvas upper and embroidered canaries on the heel of the all suede Tennis classic. Utilizing a combination of various high quality materials including metallic leathers and printed on vulcanized midsoles this pack was designed to purchase as a set.
