Craig Ehlo might tell you otherwise, but the Jordan IV remains a favorite of everyone, no matter their age or personal tastes. While it shared the same tooling as Nike’s Flight 89, the IV took on a much more stark visual with its use of mesh along the upper as well as the word “Flight” underneath the Jumpman on the tongue. Whether it’s honoring the shoe by breaking out a ’99 Retro or a more recent Retro, to even the people who have tattooed the tongue graphic onto their skin, there’s no debating the love surrounding the IV.
